What To Expect
After years in the sync industry, we’ve come to understand that the biggest difference between people who hope for a sync and those who work to make one happen is how much they spread the word about their music (aka marketing!) With our 5-Week Content Plan we do a deep dive into your music brand and career goals to create a custom plan based on your objectives.
Pick Your Plan The first step is for you to decide how ambitious of a posting schedule you want (expand the menu options to the right for the details) and then fill out the New Artist Questionnaire.
How It Works

Fill Out The New Artist Questionnaire When we receive your completed questionnaire, we’ll evaluate it to make sure we think we’re the best team to help in this next phase of your release journey. Some factors we’ll consider are:
Keep An Eye Out For Our Email Once we decide, we’ll send you an email and if we think we’re a good fit you’ll receive payment info, a branding exercise, and info to set up our first intro call to go over everything.
From there we turn it over to you! We encourage you to customize our creative suggestions since no one will tell your story better than you’ll tell it yourself! We just want to make sure that, as life throws things your way, you’ll always have post ideas at hand so you don’t lose momentum and your new music gets the attention it deserves!

Whether you’re curious about how the sync industry works, want feedback on your music - or anything else in between - you can book a one-on-one session with Dawn Patrol’s Owner and Music Supervisor, Katy McIlvaine.
What To Expect
When you sign up for a call time, you’ll also send background info on yourself, your music, and your career goals. I’ll review the info you send and then we’ll spend 30 minutes talking about anything you want! If you want more time after that, you can sign up for return sessions.
Our call time will be locked in once payment is received.
Reserve a time on the calendar. Once you click to reserve your time you will receive an email confirmation and payment will be expected.
How It Works
Initial calls are $60 for 30 minutes and any follow ups after that are $40 for 30 minutes. You will receive venmo or zelle details in your confirmation email.
You’ll receive an automated email with payment instructions, a zoom link, and a list of suggested background information to send about you and your music.
